Loved Poets of the Fall ever since they were in Max Payne 2!

This is their latest song... which is pretty good.

The Extinction Cycle: How to write stereotypical military black ops grunts specialized in plot armour with deep thoughts and a tender heart who knows how to get out of tough situations, accompanied by a shy, but intelligent and sexy scientist who will no doubt fall in love with the protagonist given her first thoughts in their first encounter fleeing a zombie apocalypse with a pending nuclear attack was the following: "removing his mask revealed a handsome man with a chiseled chin"

cool beans...

contract expired in august 2006 when headmonkeys recommended the mars volta to me and my musical horizons expanded tenfold. i very rarely listen to led zeppelin anymore, now it's mostly the mars volta and death grips.

also wow that was over 10 years ago

holy crap, I remember mars volta, is that still a thing?

unrelated, beyoncé may have lost the award, but this is one of the best songs OF ALL TIME!

(No, beyoncé has nothing to do with this song either)

nah they haven't been a thing since 2012, their guitarist has been putting out an album every two weeks since last july though:

a lot of variety for any palate too, they're all very different from each other
