With Halloween only a few days away, Valve have recently launched a somewhat scary sale on Steam with quite a few games getting scary updates just for the occasion. After you're done buying games that you should already have, it might be time to play some good old Team Fortress 2. This year marks the third annual Halloween event, which of course comes with a 'new' map and a new boss to defeat!

Here's a video demonstrating the map and boss:

Furthermore, they've released a comic. And last but not least, full-body costumes have been added for every class, check them out!

So go on and play some Scream Fortress! Just by launching the game you'll get this!
Or don't feel like playing TF2? Well here are some of the games on sale, which I think are worth buying:

Should I get the Dead Space pack or the Borderlands pack, and if so what edition? If I get the fourpack (Borderlands) I'll be able to give one or two to two lucky members of HLF.
Need advice.

You get more bang for your buck with borderlands, but I enjoyed the Dead Space series a lot more than I did Borderlands. Borderlands is really only good with coop, if you can't find anyone to play with you regularly, go for Dead Space 1 and 2.

Nice. Gives me a good reason to fire up TF2!

I played some of DS and couldn't make it through, I was mainly seeking DS2 but I just set up my LAN for gaming and I'm curious so see what kingd of action I can get in that arena. The four pack is what I want but what is the difference between the GOTY edition and the regular edition?

Sweet! Then I'll get the four pack GOTY, which will leave two up for grabs, the only catch is whoever gets them will have to play co-op with me.

The zombie island of Dr. wotsname is pretty fun in borderlands. It's for high level characters, though.

I'd coop with you, but juggling the timezones is nyeah.

...wait, which game are you getting? I was talking about Borderlands.

Yeah I'm all for borderlands, Dead Space wasn't that exciting for me. Also Borderlands will fill the gap RAGE was sposed to.
