OK calm down guys, especially with the human sacrifices. All that is required in the church of Onionism is to eat onions regularly , whether homegrown or store bought, so we can take over the world, this is a 21st century religion.

Well then, it's september.

Congrats to all entrants. I now have 12 souls to broil in my onion broiler of broiling.
After nearly 500€ of games given away in a scheme to get rid of my Bitcoin, my remaining coins are now worth...more than when I started this venture. bitcoin is magic and nobody understands how it works.

I really don't understand bitcoin at all, when it all first started I could have got in on it but it just didn't make sense to me how it worked!

its like all currency, just like you use your [COUNTRY OF ORIGIN] currency for everyday transactions.

Except unlike [COUNTRY OF ORIGIN] currency, its not pegged to any other material/government entity that is equally imaginary in value while at the same time it limits resources artificially to retain some concept of worth that is equally imaginary, so it holds the value of what the average users of said bitcoin thinks it should hold.

For example, You have 1 bitcoin, one day everyone says its worth a horse, so you get a horse. Another day its worth a horse farm, but you can't buy a horse farm because you bought a horse for a bitcoin and now you regret buying the horse and think to yourself that you should just waited and gotten the horse farm.

I hope this clears things up.
